- 1 lb Ground meat
- 1 Can mushroom steak sauce
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Can french onion soup
- 1 Beef boullion cube
- 1 Cup raw rice
Brown Ground Meat, add onions & bellpeppers if desired
Place browned ground meat, raw rice and canned goods in aluminum pan
Cook covered at 350 – 400 degrees approximately 1.5 – 2 hrs, or until rice is cooked
Stir once while cooking
Serves 4-6
Double or triple servings by doubling or tripling quantities
